When I Stopped Holding Myself Back
A reminder that your bold ideas are worth following.

A year ago, I had an idea.
Instead of talking myself out of it or telling myself that it wouldn’t be worth my time, I decided to run with it.
I wanted to create a course that taught women how to be intentional with their time & environment, learn how to reflect on the past to inform the future, become aligned with their truest self outside of what they think they should do, & create a vision board that would become their tool to stay true to who they are.
My husband helped me create the vision I wanted with the video & audio set up & I let my intuition & imagination guide the rest.

I used this opportunity to learn new things like building a digital course, editing video & audio in a new program, recording a visualization exercise, launching it out into the world, & so many more things.
But the biggest take away is after it was all finished, I was left with knowing how it felt to go all in on an idea. To not hold myself back. To trust that this would change the lives of so many women. I hadn’t ever felt that before.
In the past, something would always derail me or I would choose to do something that I felt more comfortable with instead of sitting in the unknown.
That Vision Board Course would become one of the foundational pieces of the membership-based community I would launch later that year (PS you can still join us too!).
It became a foundational experience for me so that as I built my very own business for the first time, I felt more confident because certain things were no longer unknown.
It’s never too late to start trusting yourself. You can download this guide to learn the practices that kept me going as I stayed in that uncomfortable space of fully trusting myself.
You deserve this feeling too.
Cheers,
Lauren 🧡

I made a slightly different version of these gluten free vegan sugar cookies & I am SO happy with them
This month for my personal development book, I am reading Wolfpack by Abby Wambach & it’s message is right on time.
