A New Definition of Productivity

Your worth is not defined by how much you can accomplish.
I used to think that productivity meant:
→ Doing more in less time
→ Running on fumes + multi-tasking
→ Always feeling behind
I thought success meant never stopping.
Until I heard someone say… “productivity should create space for joy, for rest, for just being.”
That’s when everything shifted.
What if being productive meant:
→ More room to be yourself
→ More ease in your day
→ Less burnout + more alignment
Here are a few ways that have helped me shift my mindset around productivity and I hope that they help you too.
